DELIVERIES ON THE TERITORY OF ROMANIA

As a basic rule – KLUSHOP.COM orders are delivered through FAN COURIER to the address specified in the order form. If it is to the benefit of the customer or his interests – KLUSHOP may decide to use any other courier without prior information.

For the products in Stock – the usual delivery time is 1-2 days but can be extended up to 3-5 days in particular cases. For products that are not in stock – the delivery time is up to 10-15 working days. In exceptional situations – in which the article can no longer be produced – you will be notified in writing, by email, about this situation, being able to opt out for a similar product from the KLUSHOP portfolio.

Delays in delivery can occur due to various causes: legal holidays, adverse weather conditions, technical problems independent of KLUSHOP, etc. In case the product delivery deadline is extended, the customer will be notified by phone or email.

Orders received on Fridays after 17.00 will be processed starting next week, Monday morning.

There are no weekend deliveries. Deliveries are made only on weekdays, from Monday to Friday. Before you receive the parcel, you will be contacted by the courier to confirm the presence at the delivery address. If the courier does not find anyone at the destination and fails to deliver the parcel, the order will be returned to the headquarters of our online store. In order to try another dispatch – the customer is obliged to pay for both shipments.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

In the KLUSHOP.COM online store – prices are expressed in EURO and international orders can be paid online by bank card using the Secured 3D platform – MobilPay. Cash on Delivery payments for international deliveries are not accepted.

The cost and delivery time for international shipments vary depending on the destination and the service chosen.

International Shipping is provided through DHL Express. If it is to the benefit of the customer or his interests – KLUSHOP may decide to use any other courier without prior information.

We can offer you the estimated delivery transit times according to the below table, for the products in stock.

For products that are not in stock – the estimated term in which the products will be available for delivery is up to 10-15 business days. In exceptional situations – in which the article can no longer be produced – you will be notified in writing, by email, about this situation, being able to opt out for a similar product from the KLUSHOP portfolio.

International orders are shipped as DAP. DAP means the buyer takes on financial responsibilities. In delivered at place (DAP) agreements, the buyer is responsible for paying import duties and any applicable taxes, including clearance and local taxes, once the shipment has arrived at the specified destination. Customs fees and additional taxes may vary according to the country you reside in. It is the customer’s responsibility to cover costs to receive the package(s).

For EU Deliveries to natural persons – all prices quoted on our site include VAT. Deliveries within the EU are free of customs duties.

For International Deliveries – you will be responsible for assuring that any products you order comply with any state and federal government import regulations. Orders valued above the customs threshold of the country of delivery may be subject to import duties, which are levied by the country of delivery border control at the time the order arrives in your country. If your order is over the threshold and liable for import duties, you shall pay them upon the arrival of your order in the country of delivery.

International orders may not be eligible for some of the promotions & policies related to free shipping, free return, merchandise exchange, gifts with purchase, promotional codes, gift services, buy online – pick up in store etc. Please check with us any time you have a question related to such topics.
